Oeindrila Dube is the Phillip K. Pearson Professor of Global Conflict Studies at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.

Her broad research interest lies in the political economy of conflict and development. Much of her work focuses on understanding the causes and consequences of violence in the developing world. Dube is a research affiliate of the National Bureau of Economics, the Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development, and the Centre for Economic Policy Research.
