Christina Seybolt contributes to the design, implementation and analysis of impact evaluations including using machine learning to target inspections of hazardous waste facilities, and a program to help low-income households pay their utility bills.

Before coming to Urban Labs, she worked in Bangladesh on a national poverty alleviation program as well as at Innovations for Poverty Action where she managed the evaluation of a large-scale agricultural technology adoption project for the World Bank Development Impact Evaluation Initiative.

Christina holds a BA in metropolitan studies and an MUP with a specialization in international development planning, both from New York University.
