Chelsea Hanlock provides research support and analyses for projects applying behavioral economics to crime policy, and for evaluations of programs aimed at reducing youth violence.

Hanlock joined Urban Labs after serving as a research assistant for the multi-city gun markets project at the Crime Lab. She holds a BA in sociology, and in law, letters and society from the University of Chicago.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys attending live shows of loud bands and submerging herself in the nearest large body of water.
